Tropical fish store

Gotta be one of my favourite stores. The owner is extremely experienced, knowledgeable and honest about your options and how to get your tank up and running properly.Always something new to see in store and somehow always has the rarest stuff around in.

Would have given 0 rating if possible. Our first (and last) time visiting this store was an hour back when my husband went to buy fish. He was treated extremely rudely by the owner. His only crime was that he asked about the availability of fresh fish! Seriously pathetic, rather non existent customer service. Will NEVER EVER go into this shop. Uncalled for behaviour.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced. They have a wide variety of fishes and hardscapes.

My absolute favourite aquarium store in all of Sydney. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that are quick to spot and remember customers!Great prices, great selection, I still think about this store even though I’ve moved about an hour and a half away.

Great service. Good range of fish. Helpful staff.Best little aquarium about. Some of the bigger ones could learn a thing or 2. As for the below reviews. Injecting ink? Grow up. And for the person who drove all that way, did you call and ask why? Maybe he had a family emergency, If he just could not be bothered I would understand your frustration but if he is a sole proprietor... sometimes these things happen.I find most aquariums i visit have a wait to be served as some customers are asking a lot of questions and advice. I agree if he was talking with friends about unrelated topics, for sure be pissed.My experiences here have been good. The shop owner has gone out of his way to assist me with replacing a broken tank. When he delivered it and a box was missing he calmed my frustration and came up with a solution. 2 other aquariums I went to made promises and did not keep them and one shop assistant was helping me, went to ask a question and started serving someone else...This place is definitely on par with some of the larger aquariums for price and quality. Make up your own mind but the below reviews are definitely a little harsh

Horrible customer service, doesn’t have basic customer service skills as he walks around because he doesn’t want to own up that his fish are sick and they die. We have bought fish from here twice and both times they died. Our tank water is good and we have plenty of other fish that are happily living in that tank.Plus when you take your dead fish and a sample of your water he refuses to give you a fish or a refund. Very sad since other places have a guarantee for at least 7-14 days. Don’t recommend wasting your time here! They don’t even want to keep customers with their attitude or customer service.

Johnny and Andy were really helpful and friendly, they will spend the time to give you advice, recommendations and support to help you get either your new tank setup running or to help ensure you maintain a healthy aquarium.Do recommend and will definitely be my go to place from now on !!

Staff will go out of their way to help and offer advice. Great selection of everything for any pet and great prices too. Easy carparks for loading up on large items.

A very nice and cosy fish n chips store. Didn’t really expected much from the store but their fish and chips surprised me Chips are crispy on the outside and mash potato on the inside. Its cheap and delicious
