They quoted me one price & when I received the bill I was charged more than what I was quoted. When I asked for a refund multiple times nicely, I was ignored and they threatened to involve their lawyersThe original issue I wanted fixed, still is not fixed instead they did work on my vehicle without asking for my permission & added this to the bill, once again, without my consent.Their staff are non English speaking and the owners is extremely rude to them & gives customers a bad impression. Workers are there probably for cheap labour.The owner by the name of Vector would get angry when I tried to explain these things to him, I don’t know what type of customer service training they had.Stay away if you don’t want to be ripped off. Do not recommend.

Have a quad carting iron ore. Every Thursday, it goes to JMH for service day. They identify issues, fix them in a timely manner and keep our running trouble free. Have auto electricians, a great boiler maker, mechanics and a good yard.

My car carrier was traveling from Brisbane back to Melbourne and had a trailer issue. These guys got my truck in and fixed and out the door within 24 hours . Thanks Travis and team
