Unemployment office

I could i would give them zero star.i. on the appointment letter, they say that they will be calling me any time from 9 -5pm. But they never called when they should.ii. one time they did call, i wasnt available to answer the phone. I received a txt msg saying tat i need to call back by 3pm. which i did, however i was told that my pyt has been suspended b coz i didnt call them back by 3pm.iii. I was advised some1 is gonna call me back, of koz no one ever did. so I waited till 4.50pm, b coz no one called me back, I called them again. Their call centre employee was outstanding rude. and he call me been rude. and rung up on me.

Absolutely useless, months with them as an employment provider and NOT ONE job referral, I have a Bachelor degree and am more than qualified for a number of jobs. As far as I can tell they have not made any sort of effort to look for a position for me, if you’re actually looking for some sort of assistance, look elsewhere. Disgusting service, just worried about checking boxes so they can get their government payment, pathetic excuse for an employment provider.

Great team of people, would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help with employment.

Avoid this service provider at all costs!!!! Or have your payment cut by people who who have no idea how to do their job!!! Cyndy - I don’t know how many times she can be told something after a complete mistake on her part!! She has no idea!!!! No clue absolutely

Caitlin is extremely unprofessional, she never attends appointments on time randomly sends out text notifications saying payment has been suspended without any warning as to why, usually it’s her fault she apologised and fixes up the payment. No empathy and incompetent.

Avoid this job provider. I have never received any assistance from them in finding a job, they never return emails. Promise assistance with finding jobs and reimbursement of costs involved but after outlaying initial payment no reimbursement was received. My assigned rep, never responded to emails or texts. No job plan ever received. I found myself unemployed for the first time every and was feeling daunted and shocked at the sudden position I found myself and this job provider showed no empathy or assistance of any kind. Fortunately I have found myself a job with absolutely no help from this team.

Do not respond to emails or return calls. Then blame you for their short comings. Mission Fish'n should be there name.

Rarely ever get a hold of them when I try to call, they are continuing to try and get me another job when I already have one and work 25+ hours telling me I should get another position at my work even tho I love what I do there. They are a complete nightmare to be with

If you're thinking of calling Max emp at Woodridge, forget it. They do not answer the phone no matter how long you wait. I've used the call back option before and they didn't call me back until the day after. The call waiting music is high pitched and upsetting to endure.If you go into the office there's no receptionist, so you could be standing there waiting to see someone for 10-15mins. Most of the employees are well mannered when they finally speak to you, but there's a woman there that will speak to you as if you're a small child which is incredibly demeaning, so watch out for that one.

The older lady working there once was lovely towards me honestly the best one there but then she left ☹. The best there now are Madina and the French man ( apologies as i dont remember his name)Had some negative expiriences with some of the other staff and it is very true, and I am not the only one who can see that the phones dont get answered in time and when they are ( required to wait up to 40 minutes on hold). As someone else wrote, blamed on the job seeker. Client for some time however not one interview was provided, although on numerous occasions asked for any type of work that I could perform or had the skills for. Jobs or interviews are promised by some however never followed up on or delivered.Manager seems like a nice man, however never had seen him or had one on one meeting with him. If you go to this agency try to be linked to eather Madina or lovely French man.
