My first time visiting Pyrmond Doctors today, it was a pleasant experience.The reception lady (I should have asked her name) is professional and friendly, I know what is like for a multitasking job, she apparently nailed it.I saw my doctor Dr. Stevenson, she is super nice and professional. I felt very comfortable to talk to her about my health.I recommend this clinic to everyone who lives in the area.

Excellent service, fast and the most important high quality.My GP is Dr Sedefoglu - wonderful top professional. Every time when I was sending to specialist for opinion his (or her) match the view of Dr Sedefoglu. Amassing she is so good!Many thanks Dr Sedefoglu!

Great services from my GP and psychologist and the staff who are always attentive to every need. The doctors work hard and work till late to get through all telehealth appointments. They do end up calling when they can.

Reception is always efficient, don't have to wait long considering it is a medical practice and very busy. All doctors and staff I have meet are experience, professional and helpful..

Pyrmont Doctors is highly highly underqualified to be giving medical advice! I would not recommend! I went in to consult a General Practitioner (Dr Melanie Stevenson) about a lump on my neck that I thought was weird and could be a lymph node. She told me it was abnormally hard and that I should get an ultrasound. I went and they told me IT WAS A BONE!!! As a GP, I think you should have general knowledge about these things… I then had to pay $50 dollars for her to fill out a form I needed to claim back the money from my insurance that I spent on the unnecessary ultrasound. In order to pay to get the form, THEY ASKED FOR ALL MY CARD INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE!! Extremely unprofessional, inefficient, and in general a terrible practice. Avoid at all costs.

Just to share the experience, You will be asked to wear mask when entering the clinic and if you don’t have a mask that they will ask you to get it from the pharmacy next door and you will need to pay $ one dollar something. This is uncommon practice, and mostly places will provide masks if it is mandatory. Also you will need to knock the door and wait for someone to open the door for you and measure your temperature and ask you a few questions. This place is highly secured.

Dr Sedefoglu is the most caring and best GP my elderly parents and I have ever had. She is highly experienced and will never rush you.The staff at reception are lovely too and although fully booked fitted my dad in the same day when he had a particularly concerning ailment recently.Also we're extremely thankful masks are a requirement - makes my parents’ visits that much safer. Can’t believe people complaining about masks - medical practices always have vulnerable people present so why would you not think to bring a mask?

I love this Doctor center. They are nice and professional at the reception, and really happy with our GP.

I have been visiting Pyrrmont Doctors for a few years now due to proximity with my work office. I have been happy with all aspects of the service I have here. All staff and the doctors are knowledgeable, kind and respectful. Highly recommended.
