Used bicycle shop

Very worst service. I visited this place at 4PM & the store was closed however it was supposed to be closed at 5PM. I called customer service he was rude and hanging up phone on me. 1st he said store manager might be on a break than he said he is not able to get in touch with him. After that he blamed me that I do not have appointment and told me to come on Monday. I stood their and took the appointment of 4:15PM got the Email from them confirming my appointment.. They confirmed the appointment still no one came. I recommend not to visit this place. They are not professional.

Scooter Hut fortitude valley was not interested in my business, iScoot Newstead was interested but it would take over a month for a tyre change … Easy ride was more than happy to take my business and made it work within less than a month for a tyre change … thank you easy ride for great customer service. The others could learn a few things …

Friendly staff with fair price rates for the bikes. Bought mine for $70. The pedal broke off within the first 10 minutes after buying, but they replaced it straight away without any problems. Would recommend this store!

Lewis was super helpful when I had issues with my bike. He has also helped lots of my friends sell/buy a bike at a great price. Very transparent

Perfect! All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful, no hard sell ever, genuine interest in what we need. The staff go out of their way to ensure their customers are always happy. When we purchased a speaker that was not fully functional they repaired it for us free of charge but still offered a full refund and return for peace of mind!!! Simply can't fault the guys and girls at the Broadmeadow store. Prices are fair and always negotiable. We have purchased many items from the store....guitars, amps, computer, sporting equipment, camera, watches etc etc and have no complaints at all....only praise. These guys are fair and reasonable and will do their best to accommodate every request. We enjoy going in regularly for a chat and a browse and to potentially pick up a bargain! Thanks heaps to all at the store for helping to make our experiences there enjoyable and fruitful.
