Vacuum cleaner store

Good staff . Tried paying through Afterpay had the available funds but still didn’t work tried to speak my way through but he said it’s not meant to be. Faced a similar issue at the other Godfrey store. If the question is about funds then I tried tapping in a different store with funds but it worked. Please sort out this issue

Initial experience with Denis the manager was great, however when chasing my Miele which has gone missing for 2 weeks (2 months old and needing repair) I had the absolute misfortune of speaking with “I only work one day a week” Winston, which reallylet the Mona vale team down. Terrible customer service, very rude, very unhelpful. He assumed to tell me he only worked one day a week so didn’t know anything about my missing hoover even after giving him the job number. Bing Lee please consider training your team that if a customer is given a job number perhaps the team could look it up and consider recording notes or updates so the customer is left with at least some level of update… genius I know but would help “mr one day a week acting manager!”

Jake in charge of this store, provides a fantastic service. He treats all customers with high respect and does all he could to satisfy the customer. Well done, Jake

Dreadful experience and unreliable customer service. Basics are not in place such as taking details of your customers so they can follow up. Each time you call they ask for your details only to be told they have no clue. Misleading information every time you call whether thats central hub or shop itself. Do not recommend this particular store or the company to deal with.

Terrible customer service I received by a south african guy.He attended to me when I entered the store, then told me to 'hold on', then he went and served another customer, did a purchase with the customer , while I stood there waiting for a lengthy amount of time, till someone else (more experienced it seems) served me.I had to go home to get my old vacuum cleaner bag, I came back, and the same thing happened. He attended to me, told me to 'hang on', and two seconds later served a lady that was queueing up behind me, attended to her full query. I was left waiting again.It seemed like he was avoiding serving me.

Great experience with Josh from Betta Home and Living. He kept me informed the whole way, and he went above and beyond to get a fridge for me that was low in stock and got it to me quick. The delivery he organised was simple easy and with very professional drivers. Josh gives really good practical advice so you buy the right thing that suit’s your needs. I highly recommend Josh and this store. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to them for more white goods or electronics even like computers etc.

Very friendly services never feel pushed and they know their equipment they sell that's what makes the difference.
