Valet parking service

I put my car in for a 1 night stay and $230 detail..I get my car back still with bird poo on it but also mats chucked in the boot and all side windows tint peeling off as I drive. I called them back to have 3 guys abuse me saying it's my fault that I have old tint and that they have never damaged cars they have detailed. Even my partner got on the phone to talk to a manager or owner and they yelled abuse at him. No refund offered or even an apology incase they accidentally sprayed the wrong chemical. So rude and disgusting service!!!! Don't go to them!

Love this service...Quite simply, they make my travels so much easier. Never had a bad experience with them.

What a great service. Did not expect drop off to and from airport. Paid $144 for 3 days parking plus a clean, which is amazing value. The guys there were super friendly and helpful. Uber or can would have cost me about the same. The clean was really good also and so would recommend this service to anyone.

I travel regularly and have been using these guys for over 9 years now for both personal/family & business trips. They're fantastic! Drop-off & pick-up service always as punctual as possible... & the car wash detailing is top notch.

Amazing people and amazing service. Had my car parked and was taken to the airport 5 minutes after arrival as well as great affordable prices. When getting picked up from the airport, they were ready waiting for me knowing that traffic was bad and offered to give me coffee or water before my drive back to Newcastle since it was almost midnight even though they were already closed for the night. Couldn’t recommend them enough, would happily take my car there again in the future.

Excellent service, Tom our driver was amazing, picked up wrong bag, he waited patiently while we returned the bag and get the correct one. Thanks for calming us down Tom much appreciated, will definitely use you guys again.

Valet boss helped find and send off my passport i had left in my car at their valet, he was very helpful in retrieving it and passing off to a courier i requested to pick up, offered to pay him for helping me out and he refused payment, very much appreciated and professional service. Would recommend!
