EB Games are always the most expensive compared to competitors but have an excellent loyalty rewards program and has pricematch available for most products. However that being said, they are Australia's #1 videogame specialists so you'll often find exclusives and bonuses not found anywhere else. For this store in particular the staff are great, for my last visit I had my many questions expertly and kindly clarified :)

Had a bad experience. Rang up before hand to make sure they had what I wanted in stock, they assured it was. I arrived at the store 10mims later to find they never have it in stock. Waste of my time.

I understand being an understaffed and that too over the weekends could be overwhelming for the staff. But lying and being discourteous is not advisable. Making people deliberately wait while talking endlessly with some customers is annoying to people standing in queues for around an hour. Is it deliberate attempt by staff members to make the company feel that they are understaffed?
