Very bad experience. less than 2 weeks hairs dropped a lot. And the stuff said the hair quality not good and they can do nothing. Unbelievable bad quality is custom fault. Then I paid one more time for rehairing，but same.

Very professional.They have a good selection of instruments to choose from (we were looking for a cello), and very helpful and accommodating when trying out various instruments. We didn't feel pushed at all.Highly highly recommend!

I bought a cello and the staff, Sariah, was very patient and helped me test it all the time. She was very professional and taught me how to play it. I had some problems with my credit card, and she was very friendly and kind to help me pay. Thank you very much for her help. I had a very pleasant shopping experience.

Kailen was extremely helpful, really appreciated the time he spent going over what I needed. Will be coming back for sure.I broke my violin bow so popped in the Moorabbin store to look for a replacement. Also had an older bow that needed to be fixed. New to the instrument so it was my first time with broken anything. Kailen was super helpful, showed me a range of bows and talked me through the repair process for the older bow. Really appreciated the friendly service and was an overall great experience.
