When you first walk into Omega's showroom, it is hard to distinguish one timepiece from another. The sheer number and variety of watches all seemlessly crafted for your wrist make this place feel like an adventure in itself!I found my perfect watch when I met Joe - who has an impressive knowledge of watches and listened to what I want. He showed me the 'No Time To Die' James Bond watch and I knew I needed to buy it straight away. Now, nearly 7 months later and I still absolutely love this watch and have added additional Omega pieces to my collection, including the Speedmaster. Will definitely be adding more in the near future - I am thinking an Aqua Terra.Thank you again for helping me Joe.

Gorgeous watch and a surprisingly blink-and-you'll-miss-it storefront. A great deal of care and thought has clearly gone into their design and a marvellous nod to Melbourne's architecture. Great to support something so home grown.

I went in with a movement to be fitted into a new case, there was a small issue with fitment, but it was solved and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. As I'm sure assembling a watch from a bag of parts isn't their usual service, I appreciated them taking on the job as I'm sure they were busy. Excellent service and I would return for any watch needs.

My wife dropped her pristine Breitling watch into this establishment over a year ago. My wife was quoted $315 for a repair. The proprietor has not only failed to repair the watch but after several requests to return our property, forwarded a bogus tax invoice for a purported repair of over $3,000. The proprietor later admitted that the watch had not been repaired. The proprietor is a conman who has misappropriated our property and to this day has failed to return the watch. Be aware of this place. We have been forced to get the Police involved to attempt to recover what is ours.

I just picked up my Omega Seamaster today. It had a major service and I couldn’t be happier! My watch looks and feels like new again! They also gave me all the old parts what was changed in a plastic bag. I wasn’t expecting that but it was a nice touch from them to show me what was involved in the service. A big thanks to A.J.
