We had 4 tanks cleaned, the serviceman was friendly, efficient and knowlegable about the process.I was given the cost of the job following an assessment. I was very happy with the service and would recommend them to others when their tanks need cleaning.

Absolutely shocking service. To take people's money and not deliver a quality job is extremely poor and truly unprofessional. Do not use this company. Do not pay upfront. Do not trust in them.Regarding the reply from owner. Yes, I am the wife of JasperDM and you know it!!I added the review after going through what had been done once I was well enough to go out and see it.This whole episode caused a lot of stress for my husband. It is over now, the work has been rectified by others to a good standard. We have learned a valuable lesson from this which is to take more care when deciding who we use for essential work!

The best tasting water but we just drink 15lts water a week we go through it to quick before the month is up there’s got to be a better way

Started out fine 7 years ago. Was in credit for the last 6 years, then apparently new owners took over. Our credit has mysteriously disappeared off their system which was a few hundred dollars. They will not allow fortnightly payments which we have done since the start hence the credit which could be used for replacement parts as needed. They do not take into account Veterans affairs card holder. We have now had no service on our tank for months, no contact and now the tank has had to be turned off due to alarm 4 going off. Pressed reset button as per instructions on panel and same thing happens. It cuts out and sets alarm off. Would never recommend Taylex after the treatment from them. Have to now look for another provider as soon as possible so we can use the toilets and sinks. Absolutely disgusting treatment of my wife who served this country.

Except for a hiccup with the water pressure (which we found out wasn't their fault), they have been great. Prompt in returning calls and thorough in doing the work.

I love to support small local business and this was truly another reason to use small operators..Danny was great and easy going jokes in between and had a great personality.I would definitely recommend him and use Danny again ..He also new my urgency and did the work on a local public show day holiday ..what more can I say ...

Brilliant local plumber came and did a quick job for my grandparents, arrived in 20 minutes, was nice, did the job, didnt charge a call out fee! Highly recommend

I recently had my water filter serviced by Rafael and I must say, I'm impressed! He showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and got the job done quickly. Not only that, but he also took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me some helpful tips on how to keep my filter running smoothly. Highly recommend!
