Icon Water
Called icon at 1pm to inform them of a sewage leak on my property. Was completely dismissed by the customer service person and said it’s not their problem. Manage to get a plumber out who verified in fact it is an icon water problem. 8 hours later, I still have sewage running through and into my garage.

I’m always popping in to the Morley Watershed shop to grab all sorts of bits and pieces for my reticulation project and Rochelle and Julie are always so friendly and incredibly helpful. You many have immaculate trucks but one of your drivers is a condescending creep (the one with the earring). Doesn’t know how to talk to ladies unless he’s treating them like they are stupid. Very unprofessional and he thought he was the man. Just stick to delivering water and don’t open up your mouth.
