I wish I had taken 'before' photos! This has been the one-and-only workhorse pram for my almost 3yo and it was FILTHY. I'd try to get rid of crumbs and wipe it down from time to time, but it was very stained and dirty after years of hard usage. But look at it now! It is pristine and ready for bub #2. So happy with everything about the service and experience I had at Pram Spa Parkville. Thank you!

I visit Think mobility for a friend with disabilities and the staff are always helpful and willing to help. I find new and interesting things to look at every visit and have even bought myself a few little helpful things. Large range of electronic recliners to see and test and walkers to suit all needs.

Seems this business like to hold other peoples money until the court forces them to pay it back. Avoid doing any business . NDIS families getting treated like this, sad is not the word.

In short extremely poor effort on AME behalf . Refusing to return calls and then the rudeness and attitude from the telephone operator laura ( if that was their name) just highlights the attitude experienced repeatedly by this company. My wheelchair requires repair and was basically told to get lost and stop harassing them. This isnt surprising seeing the owner came in to my home and threatened me physically and identified himself as a worker which has been duly reported to ndis.This company i would not recommend to anyone as the complete lack of care or service continues across every facet of their business.And as for threatening people in their homes well i wouldnt allow any of these people near a child if they treat clients buying $25k dodgy wheelchairs they refuse to service under warranty. After being threatened by the owner and now being refused the right to get my chair fixed is 100% true and this time i will not allow my review to be deleted by having my phone taken off me and given to a worker to access and delete my first unfavourable review. It seems this is standard operation for this company as they had no idea even who or why we called. They were that rude they didnt even get a name or number. And to the owner, your threats to hide the truth of your business operations from the people you flog chairs to will be ignored and every day my chair sits here and basic service is denied i will keep adding reviews and complaints to ndis. Physically standing over a client and threatening them in their own home.... priceless Rod absolutely priceless.

Our first time needing this type of service. However the staff were patient, explaining the difference in the range of models on the floor. And, I believe, we got value for our money.

Great service from when I called to when my Mum had a demo Scooter delivered to her door for test drive. Experienced, knowledgeable and polite staff. Highly recommend.
