The Technician Glenn came to adjust my new TiLite Chair, after 55 years in a wheelchair I know what I wanted as the outcome. Glenn spent time and thought getting the chair to my specification. Great Work Thank you

I visit Think mobility for a friend with disabilities and the staff are always helpful and willing to help. I find new and interesting things to look at every visit and have even bought myself a few little helpful things. Large range of electronic recliners to see and test and walkers to suit all needs.

In short extremely poor effort on AME behalf . Refusing to return calls and then the rudeness and attitude from the telephone operator laura ( if that was their name) just highlights the attitude experienced repeatedly by this company. My wheelchair requires repair and was basically told to get lost and stop harassing them. This isnt surprising seeing the owner came in to my home and threatened me physically and identified himself as a worker which has been duly reported to ndis.This company i would not recommend to anyone as the complete lack of care or service continues across every facet of their business.And as for threatening people in their homes well i wouldnt allow any of these people near a child if they treat clients buying $25k dodgy wheelchairs they refuse to service under warranty. After being threatened by the owner and now being refused the right to get my chair fixed is 100% true and this time i will not allow my review to be deleted by having my phone taken off me and given to a worker to access and delete my first unfavourable review. It seems this is standard operation for this company as they had no idea even who or why we called. They were that rude they didnt even get a name or number. And to the owner, your threats to hide the truth of your business operations from the people you flog chairs to will be ignored and every day my chair sits here and basic service is denied i will keep adding reviews and complaints to ndis. Physically standing over a client and threatening them in their own home.... priceless Rod absolutely priceless.

Our first time needing this type of service. However the staff were patient, explaining the difference in the range of models on the floor. And, I believe, we got value for our money.

Martin is a very personable gentleman and goes out of his way to assist and advise regarding purchasing a mobility scooter. Martin is prompt in returning phone calls and goes out of his way to resolve any issues. Daniel delivers the scooters and is a joy to deal with. Always ready for a chat and is a delightful young man.

Thanks to Chris from HospEquip for his professionalism and help to trial and then deliver a new piece of equipment for my father. It happened within a week and has made a huge difference to his mobility.
