If you live in Melbourne and you want cane this is your one stop shop! Having said that, I’ve been back several times for a peacock chair, a papasan and sundry items large and small. This business is highly recommended.

Extremely happy with the products, service and back up of Cobra Cane in Fairfield. We bought 3xOz Cane Chairs, 1xKoala Hanging Egg Chair for outside and 1xSun Chaise Lounge. Bought the dacron cushion with papasan walnut. Very pleased and satisfied with my purchase . Excellent quality, worth the wait. What usually takes 4- 5 weeks got done in just under 4 weeks. Pleasant staff, knowledgeable about the products who had also helped with my selection of the cushion fabric. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for cane related furniture, fixtures and cushions. Love the cushion. I’ve had both a good shopping experience and also a TERRIBLE shopping experience with Cobracane.3 or so years ago I bought two double settee pappasan cushions and frames. Loved the product. All good.THEN I ordered another two replacement cushions. I asked for the same as my previous order. I was advised over the phone, after previously being told that that fabric was no longer available, that the fabric I saw on the website was the same as my previous order, and they had enough left to make my order, so I went ahead with the order.The cushions arrived, and the colour was horrible and nothing like the bright orange on the website. It was a yellowy mustardy colour. I also discovered that the delivered cushions were only single cushions, not double.It took many emails and lots of time, frustration and effort to finally get a response admitting they had made an error.Stuart even emailed me telling me that “it appears that you got what you ordered”.I had to fight to finally get some customer service, and I thank Kerry for her help. She gave me hope that I hadn’t wasted hundreds of dollars.After sending back the cushions and choosing a new fabric, all looked good: until I got an invoice for an additional $660.30!! The fabric chosen was hundreds of $$ more than I was told it was going to be, and they had already placed the order.The whole experience was incredibly disheartening and frustrating.Don’t get me wrong; the actual product is amazing. It is good quality and the most amazing cushion. For this reason I’ve given 3 stars instead of 1.Just be careful and document everything. Do not rely on what you are told over the phone!!
