Old man owner tried to sell me an aluminum tray telling me it was cast iron. What? After more than 40 years in business you can't tell the difference?And he nearly rolled me too if it wasn't for lady at the counter jumping in to save me from the old crook.THE OLD MAN IS SHIFTY AND DISHONEST.

We had a faulty water pump just out of warranty. Brad was able to attend the property an determine the problem promptly and replace the faulty part. He happily explained the workings of the pump and about the fault.Melanie then approached Davey pumps on our behalf , as the fault had existed while under warranty and as act of goodwill Davey covered the part cost and we only had to pay labour. Thanks Brad and Melanie for putting in the extra effort. We are happy customers.

Chris showed us through a line up of delicious reds to crispy white wines selected for lunch to dinner. He was so professional and full of energy. He truly knows his way around a good bottle of wine. 11/10

They wouldn't send my order out unless I provided my phone number and ever since I've been getting scam texts. They didn't even contact me through email that they weren't sending my order, I contacted them after more than a week of silence. If I never called them first I bet they would've just pocketed my money. So don't claim you tried to contact me, you had my email, you have more than enough time and I never heard a word from you. The only emails I received were the auto ones confirming my order once I made the purchase and only after I made the call did I receive emails that my order had been sent.Never encountered this issue with a company before and with buying online in general. This is a reminder to people reading this to never give out your real number when buying online and that you aren't required to.Edit: You state in your reply that if my email bounces or if my phone doesn't work you keep my order on hold. But you didn't even try to contact my email and it would've gone through because your automated ones did. When I called and verified myself because I had the order number and details you wouldn't send my order unless I gave you my phone number. You can't verify me with a phone number if I never included it in the order in the first place. Anyway, just clarifying since I just happened to notice your response now, since buying here I've ordered online probably 100+ times and you have still been the only one who cares if I provide a phone number.
