Crazy amount of people in store for Boxing Day sales. The staff were friendly and helpful and even though there were sales they kept the shop clean, tidy and stocked. Well done

Was here the other day, spent 15 minutes looking for jeans.There was a young guy in the store who was more interested in looking and laughing at stuff on his phone then serving me.The way he talked to other staff was disappointing and honestly unacceptable.Jay jays should look to hire better staff and i think this experience shows the bad hiring practices of this store.

We absolutely love our bedhead hats! We got the children's bucket style heritage hats for everyday use. 100% linen and they are absolutely beautiful! They well and truly cover our faces, neck and ears and the kids can easily play in them without them restricting their view or falling in their eyes. We love that these hats are adjustable to tighten on their heads with the pretty bow at the back.We got our kids the swim bucket hat and matching legionnaire cap in floral, again both have great coverage without being so big that they interrupt play. We are so impressed with their beautiful quality and features such as the ponytail hole(what a great idea!). Bring in summer we are ready!!

The most COMFIEST clothing for my kiddies! I have bought the black, grey and grey/blue and my kids adore them! They play in them and sleep in them. Most versatile pieces in their wadrobe, as they can be dressed up or down. A staple in their wadrobe! PLEASE make adult sizes !! I’ll live in them. Love this brand and wholeheartedly support the clothing, as my kiddies are little terrors when anything but their clothes touch their skin.

Pretty frustrated, busting for the toilet as we departed from Adelaide to their new store.from the entrance, I visualise the green light and a toilet sign is visible hanging from a wall. I went to access said toilet, my bowels screaming at me; to be told that I cannot use the toilet and that the staff were unsure where I can find them. I would completely understand if there was appropriate signage to signify that they were strictly staff toilets rather than advertise them clearly and then get turned down with no knowledge where I can find them. I don’t understand the ramifications of using the toilet as we were the only people in the store. Ultimately, the inability to provide a service of necessary needs compromised the potential of sales. Also, stock wasn’t nearly as extensive as the previous store, limited climbing slings available. Disappointed.

Terrible experience. The sign said, these dresses $10. It was a morning special today (Sunday) only. I picked out three only to be told no, it’s $10 off. I held out the sign that clearly said $10 off and the employee snatched it from me. I repeated that the sign said they are $10 but she became antsy saying no. She called me rude so I dropped the dresses and she continued ranting about me as I walked away. I stopped, turned and asked her if she wanted me to take it up with fair trade. A group of 3 exited the store and said yeah they’d said the same thing to her about the sign on the dress rack. The man in the group said he stopped looking when she wouldn’t honour the sign. The others saying she was rude yet saying their stock is good, no one returns it. One said yeah, you wouldn’t want to go back would you.
